My work is an exploration of 'Imagined Belonging.' Growing up in America, I often felt the profound absence of Asian representation in the everyday landscape. In response, I create a parallel world, one where Asian identity is the primary lens through which everything is seen. It is a space of hyper visibility and curated nostalgia, designed to feel like 'home.' I am building a sanctuary where Asian people are not just seen, but where the very fabric of reality acknowledges their presence.
